Welcome to Healing Hands Studio. My name is Stephanie, and I'm the founder of Healing Hands Studio in Shirley, Southampton.
My journey in holistic therapies has been diverse and enriching. I managed a holistic clinic in London, gaining invaluable experience in various therapeutic practices.
In Thailand, I managed a yoga retreat, immersing myself in the tranquillity and wisdom of holistic living. I also created and sold holistic products worldwide, learning the intricacies of natural and therapeutic product development.
I have trained extensively in complementary therapies to provide the highest level of care. Now, I've combined all my experiences to offer treatments such as reflexology, massage, and aromatherapy at Healing Hands Studio. My beautifully curated therapy room, filled with aromatic scents, harmonious sounds, and warm vibes, is the perfect environment for you to unwind and reconnect with yourself.
In addition to providing therapies, I am proud to be an IPHM-approved training provider and educator, sharing my knowledge and experience with aspiring therapists through accredited massage and reflexology courses.

experiences with Stephanie with either full body massage with a plus of facial & scalp packages depending on the mood... I love my massage s to really get the knots out but still be relaxing and Steph … More did it perfectly on point with the requested hard pressure. I've been following Steph (healing hands studio) since March this year, be in Shirley studio where it's really convenient and easy to find location. The place is so cozy & warm, and up until now, at her own place where you feel the sanctuary and it feels like you're home too. I easily fall into a trance mode whilst Steph do her magic. Booking an appointment is so easy and I always book every time I found a slot suitable for me or just message Steph if there's any open slots, as she is always fully booked up. X - I had a full body massage from student Solange, her and Stephanie made me feel really at ease. The massage was lovely, just the right amount of pressure, very relaxing and I left feeling light and recharged. Would highly recommend
