Welcome to Healing Hands Studio. My name is Stephanie, and I'm the founder of Healing Hands Studio in Southampton.
My journey in holistic therapies has been diverse and enriching. I managed a holistic clinic in London, gaining invaluable experience in various therapeutic practices.
In Thailand, I managed a yoga retreat, immersing myself in the tranquillity and wisdom of holistic living. I also created and sold holistic products worldwide, learning the intricacies of natural and therapeutic product development.
I have trained extensively in complementary therapies to provide the highest level of care. Now, I've combined all my experiences to offer treatments such as reflexology, massage, and aromatherapy at Healing Hands Studio. My beautifully curated therapy room, filled with aromatic scents, harmonious sounds, and warm vibes, is the perfect environment for you to unwind and reconnect with yourself.
In addition to providing therapies, I am proud to be an IPHM-approved training provider and educator, sharing my knowledge and experience with aspiring therapists through accredited massage and reflexology courses.

It's a very funky/mellow environment, the perfect place to feel calm whilst training. Steph is so charismatic and works … More so hard to get the best out of her students, she is very patient and gives you step by step techniques at a pace that flowed so well within the 3 days, followed with clear guidelines, she is very down to earth and a right laugh. You develop your skills so quickly within the 3 days, you will shock yourself.
I actually think this course is about to change my whole life, already have clients lined up to book me and from this course am setting up a business in 2 weeks time!!!
It's rare that you feel proud of yourself and this course has given me that feeling. Within the year would like to return to do another course in this setting.
If you are worried/nervous, just push through and you will be rewarded. If you are dyslexic give yourself a good 2 months to take in all the written work before the 3 days training, that really helped me.
