Training takes place at Healing Hands Studio in Southampton, Hampshire, in small groups of no more than four students. This allows plenty of time for demonstrations, supervised practice and individual tutor support.
This is a post-qualification course. Students must already hold a Level 3 Body Massage or Swedish Massage qualification, including Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology.

Modern Indian Head Massage incorporates massage techniques across the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face to create a complete and deeply relaxing treatment.

Hands-On Indian Head Massage Training
Practical training takes place in person at Healing Hands Studio in Southampton.
Each technique is demonstrated step-by-step before you practise under supervision.
Students will both give and receive treatments during practical training. This allows you to understand how each technique should feel for your client as well as how it should be performed as a therapist.
A large part of your Indian Head Massage Course is dedicated to practical learning.
Rather than simply memorising a sequence of movements, you will learn how to work confidently across the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face while developing a natural and professional treatment flow.
Small Group Training
All Healing Hands Studio courses are intentionally kept small.
Our Indian Head Massage Course has a maximum of four students.
