Overview
This accredited diploma provides learners with the essential knowledge and practical skills to become a qualified Massage Therapist.
The programme is delivered through a blended approach, combining:
PowerPoint video lectures (online learning)
Self-study with course textbooks, handouts, and physical logbooks (posted out upon enrolment)
In-person practical training (hands-on massage workshops)
On enrolment, learners are posted their course textbooks, handouts, and logbooks, which must be studied and completed prior to attending the practical massage training.
Following their in-person training, learners complete 5 case studies before receiving certification.

Total: ~150 hours
Theory (A&P + Massage theory): 110 hours (PowerPoint video lectures + textbooks, handouts & logbooks)
Practical Massage Training: 20 hours (hands-on, classroom-based)
Case Studies & Portfolio: 20 hours (self-study & portfolio)
Course Structure
1. Online & Self-Study Learning
Anatomy & Physiology (A&P)
Delivered via PowerPoint video presentations with supporting posted course textbooks, handouts, and logbooks.
Covers all 11 body systems to Level 3 standard.
Includes diagrams, worksheets, quizzes, and self-assessments.
Approx. 80 learning hours.
Completion of A&P study (textbook + logbook) is required before practical training.

2. In-Person Practical Training (3 Days – 20 Hours)

Therapist posture, equipment, draping, and safe practice.
Assessment: Observed full body massage & consultation.
3. Case Studies & Portfolio (5 Treatments – 20 Hours)
After practical training, learners complete 5 full body treatments outside of class. Portfolio includes:

Theory: A&P multiple-choice/short-answer exams, logbook submission.
