Level 3 Swedish Massage Training
This professional Swedish Massage course is designed for anyone who wants to qualify as a massage therapist or deepen their existing skills in a supportive, small-group learning environment.
You will learn a full body Swedish massage routine, including consultation, client care, health & safety, professional ethics, and hands-on techniques such as effleurage, petrissage, frictions and tapotement. Training is highly practical, with personalised guidance throughout.
Courses are delivered in intimate groups to ensure every student receives individual attention, confidence-building practice, and a high standard of education. On successful completion, learners will be able to safely and professionally carry out full body massage treatments.
This course is available in two pathways, depending on whether you already hold an Anatomy & Physiology qualification.
Choose Your Pathway
Option 1: Level 3 Diploma in Swedish Massage (With Anatomy & Physiology)
Best for beginners and those seeking a full professional qualification.
This option includes both:
✔ Swedish Massage practical training
✔ Full Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology (A&P)
You will gain the underpinning knowledge of the body’s systems, muscles, bones and how massage affects the body, alongside your practical skills. This pathway leads to a complete Level 3 qualification, enabling you to obtain professional insurance and practise as a fully qualified massage therapist.
Includes:
• Full A&P training and assessment
• Practical Swedish massage training
• Diploma certification on successful completion
Option 2: Professional Development Swedish Massage (Without Anatomy & Physiology)
For existing therapists who already hold A&P or an equivalent qualification.
This pathway is designed for qualified practitioners who want to add Swedish Massage to their existing skillset. You will complete the practical massage training only, without the Anatomy & Physiology component.
Important: You must already hold a recognised A&P qualification to enrol on this option.

• Practical Swedish massage training
• Certificate on completion
