Level 3 Reflexology Training
This professional Reflexology course is designed for anyone who wants to qualify as a reflexologist or deepen their existing therapy skills in a supportive, small-group learning environment at Healing Hands Studio.
Reflexology is a powerful, non-invasive therapy based on the principle that specific points on the feet, hands and ears correspond to different systems and organs within the body. Through targeted pressure techniques, reflexology aims to support balance, relaxation and the body’s natural ability to restore itself.
Training is highly practical and guided, ensuring each learner develops confident technique, accurate reflex point location, and strong client care skills. You will be supported throughout your learning with personalised feedback, structured practice, and a nurturing, professional training atmosphere.
This course is offered in two pathways, depending on whether you already hold an Anatomy & Physiology qualification.
Choose Your Pathway
Option 1: Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology (With Anatomy & Physiology)
Ideal for beginners and those seeking a complete professional qualification.
This pathway includes both:
✔ Reflexology practical training
✔ Full Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology (A&P)
You will gain a thorough understanding of the body’s systems, structure and function alongside your practical reflexology training. This ensures you can practise safely, professionally and with confidence.
On successful completion, you will receive a Level 3 Diploma, enabling you to obtain professional insurance and practise as a fully qualified reflexologist.
Includes:
• Full Anatomy & Physiology training and assessment
• Practical reflexology training
• Diploma certification on successful completion
Option 2: Professional Development Training (Without Anatomy & Physiology)
For qualified therapists who already hold Anatomy & Physiology.
This pathway is designed for existing practitioners who wish to add Reflexology to their skillset without repeating A&P. You will complete the full practical reflexology training and assessment, focusing on technique, accuracy, client care and treatment delivery.
Important: You must already hold a recognised Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology qualification (or equivalent) to enrol on this option.
