This module is completed through self-study alongside the work pack and must be fully completed before attending the practical training sessions. It forms a compulsory part of the Level 3 Diploma in Swedish Massage and provides the essential theoretical knowledge required to practise safely, professionally, and confidently during practical assessment. Completion of this module is required prior to practical attendance.
This module explores the structure of a full-body Swedish massage treatment. Students will learn how to sequence techniques, manage timing, and deliver a professional, client-centred massage session.
